Pricing philosophy

Priced for sustainable Cornwall coverage

The plans are designed around real mobile trade costs: travel time, fuel, vehicle wear, admin, reporting and scheduling time.

Plans are priced around travel time, fuel, administration, report preparation and opportunity cost.

Monthly fees must remain profitable even if the customer never books additional carpentry work.

Extra carpentry projects are treated as bonus profit, not the reason the plan works.

Monthly plans do not include unlimited site visits or unlimited free labour.

Fair usage

Clear limits on travel and extra attendance

Monthly care plans are planned-support subscriptions. Additional site visits are quoted where travel, distance or attendance time would otherwise erode profitability.

Service area is Cornwall only unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Monthly plans do not include unlimited site visits.

Inspections included within plans are limited to those stated in the package.

Additional visits may incur mileage charges, travel fees or minimum attendance fees where applicable.

Remote properties outside the core operating area may require an additional travel fee, a minimum job value or alternative plan pricing.

Maintenance plan FAQs

Before you subscribe

Do monthly plans include free repairs?

No. Plans include scheduled inspections, reporting, priority booking and discounts. Labour, materials and repair works are quoted separately unless explicitly stated.

Can I cancel any time?

Plans have a minimum initial term of 3 months. After that, customers can cancel with 30 days notice through the portal or by email.

Do you cover all of Cornwall?

Plans are available in Cornwall only unless otherwise agreed. Remote properties, difficult access or unusually long travel routes may require extra travel fees, minimum job values or adjusted plan pricing.

Are materials included?

Materials, specialist parts, waste disposal, plant hire, parking charges and third-party contractor costs are not included unless quoted separately.

Can you work with letting agents?

Yes. Premium and custom partner plans can support letting agents, cleaners and estate agents managing multiple properties.

Can I add multiple properties?

Yes. Each property can have its own plan, reports and maintenance history. Letting agents, investors and Airbnb managers can request a custom multi-property plan.

Do you handle Airbnb guest damage?

Yes. Guest damage repair priority is available as an add-on. Repairs are still quoted separately unless otherwise agreed.

Is emergency work included?

Emergency work and out-of-hours work are not included unless an emergency add-on or separate emergency quote has been accepted.

Do I get inspection photos?

Yes. Each inspection includes a photo report covering visible and accessible areas checked during the visit.

Are travel and extra visits included?

Only the inspections stated in the plan are included. Extra attendance, remote properties, parking, difficult access or extended routes may be quoted separately under the Travel & Coverage Policy.

Can I upgrade my plan later?

Yes. Customers can request an upgrade or downgrade from the portal and the admin team can adjust the GoCardless plan.
