Kitchen details that fail first
In holiday lets and busy homes, kitchen wear often starts at hand level: cupboard doors, handles, hinges, plinths, worktop edges and integrated storage. A small alignment problem can become a broken hinge or damaged door if it is left through a busy letting season.
Good maintenance photos should show the whole run of units and then the exact detail. That makes it easier to judge whether the repair is a simple adjustment, a replacement part or part of a wider refurbishment plan.
