End-of-Tenancy Repairs in Cornwall

A practical repair and snagging service for landlords, letting agents and property managers preparing a Cornwall rental for its next tenancy.

The useful handover window is often short. A photographed, prioritised snag list helps separate safety and function from decorating improvements and items requiring another qualified trade.

A repair built around the actual condition

What End-of-Tenancy Repairs in Cornwall can involve

Work is planned from the check-out findings, property access and target ready date. Multiple small items can be grouped into a clear scope, while gas, electrical and other regulated tasks are routed to appropriately qualified trades.

Access and security

Doors, handles, latches, locks and damaged trim are checked early because they can affect safe handover and new keys.

Walls and finishes

Small holes, dents, failed caulk and local paint damage can be made good where colour and surface condition allow a sensible repair.

Kitchen and fitted items

Dropped doors, loose handles, drawers, plinths and minor trim damage can often be repaired without replacing complete units.

A prioritised snag list

Photos and item numbers help the owner or agent approve essential work first and keep optional improvements separate.

Liam did a brilliant job on my dad’s kitchen, when he was let down by the previous kitchen fitter. Liam not only managed to fit my dad in quickly, he was professional, did a fantastic job, was reasonably priced and got the job done quickly even though it was a big job. Highly recommend.
