After being left with what can only be described as a nightmare by a previous builder, who had left room after room and job after job incomplete and poorly finished, Liam came in and took the time to go through the entire house properly. He didn’t just focus on the obvious problems; he picked up on all the little things that had been done incorrectly as well. From adjusting poorly fitted kitchen cabinets so they actually sat correctly, to correcting a toilet waste pipe that had been installed at the wrong height, fixing badly hung doors, carrying out caulking and silicone work, and removing waste pipe connections that had been incorrectly fitted and were leaking before reconnecting them properly — Liam dealt with it all.
