“We recently had Liam from coast and quay Cornwall complete a maintenance project in one of our decorating projects and we were extremely pleased with the results. The quality of the work was excellent, with great attention to detail and a professional finish throughout. Liam was reliable, tidy, and worked around the needs of a holiday property to ensure everything was completed smoothly. It’s great to have a local maintenance company we can trust for our managed properties, and we would happily recommend coast and quay to anyone looking for high-quality property maintenance work. Thanks again, Liam. 👍”
“The plastic sliders on my integrated fridge/freezer doors doors had broken and Liam replaced them so the doors are now as good as new. A small job but done with care.”
“Outstanding workmanship – highly recommended! I honestly cannot recommend Liam highly enough. He was absolutely outstanding from start to finish — professional, polite, courteous, honest, reliable, and also a genuinely funny and lovely person to have around. After being left with what can only be described as a nightmare by a previous builder, who had left room after room and job after job incomplete and poorly finished, Liam came in and took the time to go through the entire house properly. He didn’t just focus on the obvious problems; he picked up on all the little things that had been done incorrectly as well. From adjusting poorly fitted kitchen cabinets so they actually sat correctly, to correcting a toilet waste pipe that had been installed at the wrong height, fixing badly hung doors, carrying out caulking and silicone work, and removing waste pipe connections that had been incorrectly fitted and were leaking before reconnecting them properly — Liam dealt with it all. There were so many jobs around the house that had been done badly or simply left unfinished, and Liam worked through them methodically and professionally, putting things right and leaving them as they should have been in the first place. What really stood out was his attention to detail and the pride he takes in his work. Nothing was treated as “too small” or unimportant, and he was always honest about what needed doing and why. After the experience we had with the previous builder, finding someone like Liam was a breath of fresh air. If it wasn’t for Liam, I genuinely feel I would still be living in the unfinished nightmare that was left behind. Liam is truly one of a kind. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending him to anyone, and if I ever need work carried out again, he will be the first person I call. Thank you, Liam, for everything you’ve done — you’ve made a huge difference to our home and we really appreciate it! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐”
